Yes! Orders over 500 AED qualify for free shipping. For orders below 500 AED, a shipping fee applies:
- UAE: 30 AED
- Other GCC countries: 85 AED
- In the UAE, you can pay when your order arrives at your door.
- For other GCC countries, payment must be made upfront before the order is shipped.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
You may return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused, with original packaging and labels intact. Returns and exchanges can be made via courier and the shipping cost will be covered by the customers.
You can return or exchange your item in-store or ship it back via courier in the original packaging. Make sure to select "Payment by recipient" when shipping, so we can cover the return cost. Do not use "Cash on Delivery" for returns.
